You may submit questions, report problems, or give suggestions by navigating to Account, then Settings, then scrolling to where you see "Support and FAQs". Scroll down to the bottom, and click on "Submit a Request".
HINT: you may need to click on the black icon at top in order to get the request button to appear.
A Kindness Care Specialist will get back to you very shortly, to help you with any questions, or take your valued feedback. When you make a submission using Help, please include the email address you used to sign up for your Diary account. (Please do NOT include your password, as we respect your privacy!)
If you include your email address, you will receive an email update on your submission's status. If you would like to speak to a Kindness Care Specialist via phone, please include your phone number, and we will return your call as quickly as possible during normal business hours.
