To add a new group or manage existing groups, click on User Management from your dashboard.
Make sure the Groups tab is open; click on New Group.
Fill in the Create Group fields with one or more Diary Owners (patients) and one or more staff, and click Save. In this example, we are creating a group for "Doctor C". This group contains a Diary Owner "Test Tester", and the staff in this group is "Coordinator Admin, Care."
After you create the Group, the group name will be viewable on the current groups list. You will be able to Manage Users, Edit, or Delete Group by clicking on the ellipses at far right of the group name.
At the ellipses, click on "Manage Users". Here, you can manage users in the group chosen: Owners, and Staff. Make sure the "Owners" tab is open; here, you can view, add, or delete the Diary Owners in this Group. To add, use the blue button at bottom, and to delete, click the X to the far right of the Owner's name. If you choose to do nothing, you can close this field by clicking "Cancel", or by simply clicking outside the field.
Click on Manage Users and make sure the Staff tab is open; you will be able to view, add, or delete the staff in this Group by the same methods as used in the Diary Owner section.
