To view or edit a Patient problem, first select the "Owners" widget at the bottom of the screen.
Select the owner you wish to view or edit a problem for. In this example, Camille Lopez's Diary is chosen, by clicking on her name, at left.
From the owner's dashboard view, select the Care Plan tab.
As shown on the next screen, select the cog icon widget in the Problem field you wish to view/edit.
This will pull up a new window titled "Goal Setting". Select (click on) either the "Goal" or "Problem" field to edit or add text. A blinking blue cursor indicates that you can delete or type in the chosen field.
Once completed, select Save to retain the amended details in the owner's Care Plan. Or, you can choose "Delete", or "Cancel", to close without saving changes.
