CarePro iOS app: Care Manager Adding Data into Patient Diary

A care manager can add data directly to a patient's (Owner's) Diary, via the Diary tab, on CarePro's Patient Dashboard view. Click the Owners tab at the bottom of your screen. Then, choose the patient whose Diary you wish to view. Here, we have chosen Camille Lopez, and clicked on "Diary", in the horizontal list below her name.

From the visible widgets (data categories), click "Add". In this example, we are adding data to the Blood Glucose widget.

A "New Entry" screen pops up, where you can set the date and time, add data, and add a note if desired. Do this by simply touching the desired field, then typing or selecting the new value. When finished, click "Save", at top right. If you want to exit without saving, simply click "Cancel. The new entry will appear in the care manager's CarePro view, and will also appear to the patient when they view their Diary on their iPhone, iPod, or iPad.

In order to add data to a widget that is not visible, click the cog at the top right of the patient Dashboard, then click "Edit Diary Settings". The complete list of all widgets will appear.

Click on any widget under the heading "Available Widgets" in order to add them to the "Visible Widgets" list. To remove a widget from the visible set, simply click on the circled minus sign. Click "Save" when you're done.
